Life is all about the Journey and not the Destination.

It is about the people you meet, and the effect you have on them and they on you. 

Its also about helping one another, and recognising where healing is needed.
 
It can be physical healing or healing the hurts we encounter in our everyday lives.

This year has been a challenging year for me healthwise, but it has also helped me to move forward spiritually.
